A uniquely satisfying ale, brewed exclusively with Canadian 2-Row Pale malt and Cenntenial hops. The use of only two ingredients highlights the fruity/citrus-like character of the Cenntenial hop, one of our favorite varieties from the Pacific Northwest.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick foamy white head that evaporates gradually. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Average overall.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus hops, with a little but of grass, and a thin bready backbone. Taste is slightly hoppy. Not very bitter. Light hops balanced with light maltiness. Not very exciting but perfectly drinkable.

Can courtesy of Kermis. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is hoppy with a little malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a bit zesty spice hop palate that disappears in an instant to be replaced with a watery malt finish. I could small this all night but it ultimately disappointed.

Can shared. Pours cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and over moderate bitter with the hops disappearing immediately and being replace with metal and banana as well as the caramel malt. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. A bit of a weird one..

Can thanks to Jcwattsrugger. Pours semi-clear gold with white head. Nose and taste of stale bread, barley/grain, non-acidic lemon juice and yeast. Lighter medium body.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice light grassy hop note with a bit of light grain and just a hint of floral notes. Flavor starts with a touch of grassy hops but is mainly sweet grains throughout.

Pour is a pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma is some sweet malt and maybe a hop or two. Flavor is a decent malt with a heavier mouthfeel that I though it would be. FInish is clean and no real aftertaste. Not offensive in any way but still a bland blonde ale.
