Borefts 12 ultimate tickfest. Hazy orange colour like an apricot, small white head. Tastes bitter, grapefruit, hoppy, great! Medium body, great carbo, lovely beer.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and yeast, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy amber with a lacing off-white head. Dry, citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, again this dry fresh fruitiness with a solid dose of hops that leads to a dry and crisp finish. 160912

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is wineous and light peachy hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp grapes and light citrusy. Bitter and light citrusy into a crisp hoppy finish.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles. Pours dirty amber with a few white bubbles. Soft tropical fruit aroma with floral. Near med body. Mild roast malt background with mixed tropical fruits and some citrus rind. Maybe also some light pitted fruit. Pretty close to dry and pretty tastily hoppy. Develops a lot of citrus rind in the finish. Very nice beer.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark orange colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity, grass, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, mandarin, citrus, warm fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120623]

draft @ Moeder Lambic French Beer Festival ’12. Orangée, col épais blanc. Arôme le Nelson est en retrait laissant un bouquet houblon presque de dry-hopped et des notes moyennes de raisin blanc. En bouche, profile typique IPA, solide dans son effet, Nelson y est aussi en retrait laissant de brèves références au kiwi et au raisin blanc. Je note aussi un côté épais rappelant des feuilles bouillent de thé macha. Le tout donne un palais sec et poussiéreux sur un fini léger amer fruité.

Slow gusher; cloudy amber color, with a medium sized head, frothy. It has a very nice fruity aroma, pungent, of passion fruit. This hop is more penetrating than the ones used for the regular IPA, and the beer is less yeasty and astringent, therefore the result is more interesting; the mouthfeel is quite dry, the bitterness strong, the malt is not too strong, the final is a bit harsh and astringent.
