Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear yellow. Aroma is quite dry, with a good balance of apple and pear skins. Flavour is really dry, with lots of pears upfront and subtler crisp apple skins. Bone dry, but quite complex. Not much booziness. Very nice stuff.

Bottle - Light pear, soapy and a touch vanilla. Pale yellow. Light fruity apple and a clean light dry finish. A bit boring.

Light, dry, pale, has light apple, pear but then alcohol kicks in a bit, light finish.

At the winery
Pale yellow color. The fruit aroma is mild with notes of wood, hazelnuts, cheese. Dry mouthfeel, with low fruity presence, some tannins.
