Taster on tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, first session. Clear amber coloured body. Naked surface. Earthy malt and sweet berries to the nose. Taste of caramel malts with notes of smoke and berries. Dry and spicy to the ending. Quite a special one, fair enough (02.05.2014).

Sample from "urinal", CBC 2014. Delicate way to present your product! Muddy brown colour with a small, off-white head. Smoked aroma with herbal impressions, juniper berries, spices, caramel malts and earthy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Finishes light smoked and sweet with spices and berries. Odd. Really odd. I liked it.

Draught at CBC. Pours oily amber. A heavy and odd bitter brew. Acrid, leather and smoke. Difficult to rate, but I got to give it a 3 at least...

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy amber liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of jenka, smoke, licorice and bread. Weird. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of jenka. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation. Extremely odd beer.

Aroma has smoke and licorice. Smells actuallt like burned wood in the forest at the morning. Flavour is smokey with licorice, some smoked wood and sweet malty notes. Perhaps also some ’young’ wood smoke occurs too. This is rather unusual but I seem to like it.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Ett verkligen udda öl med bävergäll. Doft av läder, unken timmerstuga, Lapsang souchong, blåbär och en lite udda unken besk doft/smak av galla som var lite svår. Ett riktigt skogsöl. Rolig och konstig. Mest konstig.

Pours dark orange with a white head. Aroma of wood, juniper, berries,spices and earthy notes. Taste is earthy, yeasty and funky with juniper, spices, smoke and berries. Finish is earthy and spicy with loads of berries. Quite forest-y ale.
