Tart aroma, pale straw, with tart apples and grassy hops. Lively mouth feel, sold carb. Finish is tart with light lemon, and fresh cut grass, and more apples.

Bottle - Funky, yeast, Brett notes with some nice citrus. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Woody and funk and some citrus with a long dry bretty finish.

750mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany), pours a cloudy dark orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out loads of brett, medium funk, and dry crackery malt. Flavour is super dry and crisp, with lots of brett, crackery notes, and spicy notes. Very dry and spicy. Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy orange amber with a large off white head. Head takes quite a while to settle and leaves quite a bit of spotty lace. Nose has a bunch of peach, citrus, pine resin and a healthy dose of Brett funk. Only a hint of woodiness appears. Light sweet honey start moves to the background under a middle of moderate bitter citrus and balanced tartness that continues through a long finish. Medium mouth with prickly carbonation. Excellent balance with the funk not taking prominence.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, citrus pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a beautiful complex biscuit malt with fruity esters, grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, citrusy goodness, well done. #OttBottShare.
