Sparkling amber, light tan head.Light bready malt nose.Palate is tinny, with bland vague malt. The light hop bitterness in finish is out of place, and doesn’t seem to fit. Another underwhelming brew from Phillips

Tasting at Matt’s
Dark amber color with medium sized head. Aroma of dusty caramel, English yeast, puke. Boozy caramel flavor, vegetables, uncoordinated bitterness.
Messy and not pleasant.

Bottle - Toffee and some orange. Clear copper with an off white head. Bitter hops, twig and some cardboard. Why?

650mL bottle, pours a hazy bright reddish amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready malts, herbal hops, and feety notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malts, herbal hops, and feet. Bleh - too much body odour-like qualities. Not very pleasant. Why are beers like this even made?
