Élaboré durant les hivers rigoureux québécois, les jus se concentrent naturellement sous l’action du froid, les fermentations et élevages vont durer plusieurs mois. La robe est jaune tuilée, soutenue par des reflets orangés. Le nez est très épuré, effluves de pommes compotées, de poires épicées et fruits confits. Bouche tendue et suave, structure séduisante de pommes confites.
Idéal en apéro et mise en bouche. Il accompagne parfaitement les brunchs, fin de repas, produits de la mer, trou normand. Servir à 4°C.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, still. Concentrated aroma of balsamic ripe apples. Full sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery, balsamic concentrated apples. Warming finish.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light maple syrup, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich.

Poured from 200mL bottle (2018 vintage). Clear-ish golden orange with no head. Cooked apple with a touch of acidity, hint of treacle, a nice balance, slightly boozy.

Hazy orange-amber color. Very nice aroma, apples and apricots, alcohol. Sweet, thick, juicy; not much caramel or stewed fruits luckily, great balance, nice acidity level, the final is a bit short.

Bottle - Vintage 2011 - Nice sweet cooked apple. Clear gold. Nice cooked Apple with a touch of spice and acidity. A bit of dryness in the finish. Well done.

2011 vintage. 200mL bottle, pours a pretty clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is decadent, with treacle toffee, stewed apples, candied sugar and caramel. Flavour is just as decadent, with notes of toffee, stewed apple and caramel apple. A little alcohol heat on the finish. Sweet but not cloying. Extremely well-crafted ice cider. Excellent.
