2017, at FHF. Hazy, thin head. Tart, has a mellow tree fruit and berry character. This isn’t bad, no real high notes but a nice overall character.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings various funky yeasts and light presence of the wine barrels. Flavour is funky and vinous, with various funky yeasts showcasing here, accentuated beautifully by the pinot noir barrels. Lots of depth to this, yet the palate remains light and thus this is easy to drink. Excellent stuff.

Bottle - Tart grape, funk and a nice sweetness. Cleanish gold with a decent white head. Funky grape and a nice funky finish. Lots of nice things going on, wish I had more time with it.
