Pale white golden beer has a gentle chill haze with a dense, white head atop that is small but well-retained.
Floral aromatics combine with light bread dough, white pepper notes and delicate blossom honey-like notes to provide a very elegant, light, airy nose. Moderately fruity, with soft graininess on the finish and light meyer lemon suggestions. No flaw or alcohol.
Medium-bodied with a dextrinous, chewy-like texture yielding white bread dough, peppery hops and a blend of honey and citrus on the end. Mild bitterness with light, but tight carbonation and no flaw or alcohol. One of the few beers I saw from Vancouver on my trip. Guess the import taxes create a barrier, or is it just a lot of bureaucracy? Not sure.
