On tap at fat head Portland pub. Pours out a golden topped with a small head. Nose is banana some cucumber and maybe a little watermelon almost. Taste is more of the banana belg like and some fruit. Must be the prickly pear.

On tap at Fat Head's, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pear skins and Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry pear skins upfront, followed by Belgian yeast. Well-balanced and incorporated with the pear. Solid.

Draft - Light sweet malts and some Belgian sweetness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet cucumber and yeasty notes with a touch of bitter astringent notes.
