Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy earthy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has lots of basil with lots of grain and a bit of grass and bread backing. Flavor grass and reserved basil with a sweet grain backbone.

Draft pour pint at Red Star. Hazy golden pour with a thin fizz head. Very strong impressions of a ginger and basil in both aroma and flavor. Cool minty aroma to pair. Light feel pale with am base qualities overpowered. Fun beer, but being in the mood for a beer like this is a must. Another wacky option, which I’ve learned to expect from Outlander. I like it.

Draft - Sweet Thai Basil and not much else. Clear gold with almost not head. Light basil in the flavor, much less than expected.
