Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates completely. Aroma has earthy dark grains and roasted malts supported by peanut butter. Flavor has a nice earthy dark grain and peanut butter combination with a hint of roast.

On tap at Outlander, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose brings out dry roasted peanuts upfront. Flavour is very similar, with loads of shelled peanuts and a dry roastiness. Very pleasant. As a fan of peanut butter stouts, I appreciate this. Nice one.

Draft - Roasted peanuts. Jet black with a light brown head. Peanut butter and dark rich chocolate. Long rich peanut notes. Nice.
