Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Has lots of earthy dark grains and bread with a bit musty pine. Flavor has grass and earthy dark grains with a hint of roast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and pine. Thin body, bready malt, watery finish, ok.

On tap at Bad Jimmy's, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out vegetal and burnt notes. Flavour is nasty and massively burnt, with burnt roasted malt. This is pretty disgusting. Drain pour.

Draft - Roasty, caramel and chocolate notes. Jet brown with a beige head. Roast and hop bitterness and a toasty finish. Hops really don’t make enough of an appearance.
