Orange amber color, with little chunks of yeast. Orange aroma with a hint of butter. Citric, buttery, malty flavor. Hopbitter finish. Good beer from a good brewery.

12/10/2017 @home - 33cl bottle from a colleague. Amber coloured, nice head. Nose is sweet malty, oxidized. Taste is sweet malty, bit caramel, coriander.

Lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet, krachtig en licht hoppig bitter met iets van karamel en toffee.

This was apparently Ecaussinnes’ first beer, taken over from the retired Brasserie des Carrières; an amber coloured, cloudy beer with fruity and somewhat honeyish sweetishness, drying palate with herbal hop bitterishness in the finish. Decent Belgian amber ale - or rather, Wallonian ’ambrée’.

Bottle . Gusher . These fuckers always get you when you least expect it , ha ? Pours clear, darker amber . Fluffy and resisting , good white head . Smell is yeasty, some spices, caramel , ambermalts , bread-grainy aspect . Taste is pretty enjoyable . bit sweet, some metallicness ( in a good way ) . some bitterness . grainy aspect in a beautifull aspect .Sugary undertone yet in no way offensive . Very enjoyable . Simple , but good. Just like more beers should be ;)

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy amber colour with small to average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, malty aroma, a touch of caramel, hints of red fruit jelly, a spicy yeasty touch. Taste is moderately sweet malty with a caramel touch, slightly fruity, red fruit jelly, spicy yeasty overtones, a touch of burnt caramel in the finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig süß, leicht würzig. Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig malzig, Gewürze, blumig.

Aroma has honey, some citrus and herbs. Flavour is strong on citrus. Also some sweetish honey, apricot and distant herbal notes. Could work on a hot summer day.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, caramel, malt and hops. Sweet finish.
