Draught at Pop Up Restaurant, Four Winds event, Vancouver
Murky blond color with an orange shade, and small head. The aroma is lightly citrusy and vinous, oranges and Prosecco; a touch of peach; delicate. The underlying Witbier is quite yeasty, it doesn’t seem the best canvas for the calamansi; it’s lightly citrusy, but it also has a very light minty touch. Very low bitterness, also this could be tuned, for the calamansi.

Light murky tan. Touch of spiciness, and a dash of citrus. The taste is bigger, with the same character...a more juicy citrus character. Nice...refreshing.

Draft - Lime and tart citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Perfumy lime and tart sweet citrus. No sign of wit, and lots of tart citrus.

On tap at the Four Winds Pop-up Restaurant event, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Nose is very spicy, with lime, coriander, and some citrus. Flavour is very fresh and fruity, with lots of citrusy lime, light spicy coriander, and mild tartness. Really well-integrated. Not my favourite style, but this is well done and more interesting than a regular wit. Decent.
