On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Nose of muffled herbal hops and some fungal notes, almost like a British bitter or pale. Flavour sort of confirms this, bringing out fungal notes and herbal hops. There's a pretty substantial astringency on the finish as well. Not my thing at all.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Light amber color, hazy, with compact head. Solid and smooth IPA, the malt profile is a bit cereally, the hop is a bit resiny. Either a bit old school, or not completely fresh.
But it’s a good beer.

Draft - Light grapefruit and some peel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bitter, sweet and lots of Mandarin with a syrupy note. Not bad.

Bottle. Somewhat hazy dark amber with a cream-colored head. Nice cascade aroma. Nice citrus, slight earth, floral, pine flavor with backing malt. Medium body. Decent bitterness. Lingering lemon/grapefruit with slight pine and slight floral notes.

Floral hop aroma backed by caramel malt. Something of an apricot color with a white head that filmed while lacing strangely. Medium bodied, almost creamy. Mild carbonation. Floral hop, maybe a bit of citrus, with mild caramel sweetness. As the sweetness goes, the finish is hop, hop, hop. This is great.

On Tap at Snipes. Thick long lasting off white head. Aroma was more citrusy and fruity than the pale. Moderately bitter and more citrusy again. Soft very smooth palate with a easy carbonation. My 100th IPA (including doubles) and it wasn’t bad Nice.

Amber colour. Woody, slightly grapefruity aroma. Flavour is mainly grapefruit, wood and black currant, with a light underpinning of pale malt sweetness.

Light floral hop nose. Unripe hop flavor with a medium finish...didn''t care for it.
