750ml bottle, 2013 edition. Pours red. Raspberry, lemon juice, cherry, strawberry, red grape, blackcurrant, cranberry, strong tartness, sweet fruity red wine vinegar. Nice carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Ruby red and translucent with a small cream-coloured head. Red wine, gentle balsamic vinegar, notes of oak, raspberries, cherries, a hint of nutmeg. There's a sweetness in the taste that takes the edge off the sourness. A wonderful balance. Long tart finish with sour cherry, some soy sauce, and more oak. Moderate carbonation lifts the smooth mouthfeel. Amazing.

Draught at KØ18. Vinous aroma. Some marzipan. Cloudy red amber colour. Small head. The flavour is citric and nicely sweet. Good raisin. Biting acidity.

Draught at Monk Bxl. Rust colour with a minimal head. Aroma of tart strawberry. Flavour is dry fruit, sour bitter, but it is softened by the fruit. Long tart finish, very nice.
