Brown with red hues. Minimal head. Smells like a cookie with brown sugar. Vanilla and candies. Very tart flavor. Toffee and chocolate. Red wine, peach juice and cranberry

A dark brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy floral hops, light ground cherry, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with loads of lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering 2016.

Bottle thanks to Brad. Pours a cloudy brown with medium frothy beige head that lasts. The aroma is spice, dark fruit, oak. Thin mouth, sour fruit, candy sugar, wood, hides booze well, very good.

Bottle - Light wood, cherry and malty notes. Dark brown with a small beige head. Plum, cherry, some oak notes. This is like a mellow Flemish Red, which may be due to it’s age as well.

Bottle shared by Eric, thanks! Pours a cloudy brown amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark grains, Belgian candied sugar and a bit of underlying grassy hops. Flavor has sour dark fruits with a bit of grass and spice with a hint of bread.
