Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerp. Poured a clear dark amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malty yeast with a medium bitter dry hop malt palate. Pretty inoffensive. Nice to drink but won’t win any awards from me.

25cl bottle, BB 17/04/2013 from Geers.

Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerp. Pours clear, amber-brown with tons of sediment and a creamy, tan foam head. Nose is all sugary dark malts, berries, dark fruits. Big sweet flavor, rich with candied fruits, dark malts and brown sugar. Medium to full bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, more dark and candied sugar, plums, brown sugar, dark bread, faint alcohol. So so, generally pleasant.
