*rating overgezet 2017* Het is een donkerbruinig bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een zoete aardbeien en chocolade achtige geur. De smaak is zoet, fruitig en chocolade achtig met een wat gebrande afdronk.

Bomber, shared by Mick. Burnside Red Light District 9.5% An Imperial Stout made with Belgian Chocolate & Strawberry - yes please. A deep cola brown with a light tan head. The aroma is heat, strawberries and light chocolate. Spritzy carbonation, light bodied with a dry finish. The taste is candyish strawberry, chocolate covered berries and boozy heat. Tasty.

Bottle - Dark chocolate, candied cherry and a sweet rum note. Deep jet black with visible particulates. Rum sweetness, dark chocolate and a bit of boozy heat on the finish. This seems like too much amounting to nothing. Thin body and lots of flavors that aren’t very cohesive.

[2/24/15] Draught at Burnside Brewing in Portland. Dark brown to black with a beige head. Aroma of malt, candy-ish fruitiness and chocolate. Sweet candy-ish flavor with light sourness, some vanilla and a bit of chocolate. Medium-bodied. Not great.
