Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy amber color, small head. Strong buttery smell, and after that there is the hop and the malt. Powerful body, malty, sweet, strong bitterness, strong DMS, hop resins and hop fruits.
I can drink this, but it’s unprofessional to put this on the market; without the flaws, it could potentially be very good.

Draft - Sweet butterscotch and sweet hops. Clear orange gold with a decent white head. Bitterness, butterscotch, light resin and a dry finish.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is huge on DMS and some buttery piney hops. Flavour isn't as offensive, with loads of DMS, spicy herbal hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Too much of an infection problem.

Pours cloudy golden with good head and lacing. Has an initial smell of tangerine and grapefruit. Nice astringency from grapefruit. Pretty well-balanced. Soft carbonation, medium body. It’s well-balanced, just a little light to be a great IIPA. Tap at Bar Hop.

A hazed amber IIPA with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, a pungeant floral hops with meaty notes, resinous, nice. In mouth, a smooth ale with floral hops, orange pulp, smooth.
