Can that pours a hazy golden-beige colour with a smaller white cap, leaving some foamy lacing. Aromas of citrus with the oranges and lemons, their zest and their juices. The taste does have a little spicy, peppery snap to it, with the citrusy notes lingering smoothly. A good IPA with Citra hops only.

Bottle from brewery at airbnb on S’s first night in Toronto. Hazy deep golden pour with puffy dense head. Aroma is bright citrus grassy hops and taste follows exactly. Really defined citrus peel flavors and pithy bitterness. Solidly malt to balance with some slight breadiness. Very well done single hop ale.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy golden color. Pungent citrusy aroma, it has a hint of Nelson Sauvin, not just the expected aroma from Citra. Dry mouthfeel, easy malt flavor (we are in Session IPA field), strong bitterness, with some hop resins and some citrus peel.
Nice, but not impressive.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out stinky feet, cat piss, and floral hops. Flavour is likewise pungent, with earthy herbal hops, light pepper, and some floral notes. Dry, earthy and pungent. Good, but not great.

Bottle from the brewery. Vary hazy light orange with a one ginger white head that clings to the glass. Big fruity nose of mixed citrus with some grass and pine and some cat piss. Light sweet toffee supports a medium bitterness throughout made of tropical and citrus fruit as well as a hint of spice in the finish. Medium light mouth is slick but a bit thin with average carbonation, Long lingering dry finish. Nice.

(500ml bottle from brewery) Pours a hazy gold, average white head, no lace. Aroma pretty tropical, papaya, floral, some mango and orange/tangerine, bit catty and spicy. Flavour has sweet mango and tangerine flesh initially, then dries with zesty citrus pith, lightly catty with pepper, moderate bitterness, very dry finish, slight grain. Average body and carb, very drinkable and refreshing. A bit brighter tropical fruit than the Mosaic version with a little less depth and heft to it, but really nice APA for a sunny day.
