On tap at the new brewery. Pours a pitch black color with a small beige head. A big bourbon and ash nose. The flavor is light dark fruit, big dry wood, vanilla, some sour mash, a thin palate. Very nice.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Draft - Sweet Bourbon and chocolate. Jet black with a decent beige head. Dark malt, sweet well balanced and a nice finish. Very smooth and easy drinking with lots of malts, chocolate and bourbon.
