Pours copper and smells of stone fruits and resinous hops. The flavor is aggressively bitter, resinous, and fruity. Medium body. Very tasty.

Actually a top IPA. Piney, resinous. Circa 2014 killer.

Very clear copper and lightly bronzed coloured body with a nice three centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat for a while and fades without leaving anything on the sides. Aroma of very bright and strong grassy, citrusey and super floral, resinous hops with a ton of alpha acids and bitterness noticeable with a dry bite and some light alcohol with a good deal of nutty and caramelised malts. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and floral hops dominate with a ton of bitterness and resinous, perfumey notes with some resin and pine also, but the balance of malt and hops is nice, despite the pungency and abundance (in a good way) of the hops and bitterness. Aftertaste shows some bright grassy and perfumey hops with a lot of dry, bitter and floral hops, a ton of bitterness, some very subdued citrusey notes and an enjoyable balance - but no sweetness or depth - this is all about the hops, in a very nice and pungent way. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-size can, purchased from Heinen's in [downtown] Cleveland, Ohio on 30-July-2021 for US$2,89 sampled in my hotel room here in Belleville, Michigan on 01-August-2021.

Pours from crowler a slightly hazed bronze-gold color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops. grapefruit and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A bright, slightly cloudy golden orange pour with a thin, oily head. Quite a hop bite to this, as expected. Pleasant, and not too harsh. Citrus like hop heavy aroma. A more sharp taste to this one. A citrus constant bitterness to this, and it works well. A kickass IPA here. An original style of IPA that’s done extremely really well. Loved it.
