Triple Hop Belgian Tripel

They don’t get much better than this. Huge alcohol, huge hop aromas and a big malt taste. You knock me out, right off of my feet.

Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy blond coolor. Some spices, some vegetables (common flaw for high alcohol beers), some booze; correct bitterness, a bit on the dry side.
Good beer, not exciting.

Bottle - Light banana and Belgian notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light banana esters and a flowery yeasty finish.

330mL bottle, pours clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast upfront, along with floral hops and some candied notes. Flavour is a good balance of Belgian yeast and floral hops, followed by alcohol, finishing dry, yeasty and boozy. Not very complex, quite thin on the palate, but pleasant enough. Decent.
