Jet blackish brown body with little foam, has soft barley aroma, some vague black coffee notes. Okay sharp barley flavour, not much else. Mouthfeeli s sdry enough but still a little watery. It's drinkable but unexciting.

Very mild on the roast, quite sweet, it is a smooth drinking beer. However, it could use a bit more body and fullness to be a top notch stout. 650ml sobeys bottle.

Black color, small head. Some roasted malt aroma and flavor, dry and weak mouthfeel, a bit bready, with metallic final.
Not exciting.

Poured from the tap. Near black with tan head. Roast malt and cocoa powder. Relatively dry, not a huge amount of flavour. Light-medium body.

On nitro tap at 12 Kings, pours near-black with a large beige head. Nose and flavour brings out soft cocoa notes, with low sweetness. Pretty simple, but smooth on the palate. Pretty boring, but pleasant enough.
