On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is light, with notes of tart red fruits and oak. Flavour is medium tart, with sour fruits, light oak, and light vinegar. Not the most complex barrel aged Cascade sour, but it's well-balanced. Good in smaller amounts.

Draft - Tart white grape. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Tart syrupy white fruit, some apricot and grape. Not my favourite.

Slight haze, blonde, earthy acidic aroma, sweet/tart, has some pear and gooseberry character. Nice.

Live barrel at CBH. Pours bright gold with a white head. Tart fruit aroma - sour peach. Very tart - reminds of pickled peaches. More tart than sweet. Delicious.
