Pajiza nebulosa. Espuma muy abundante, jabonosa. Duración correcta. Aroma a levadura, notas lacteas. En boca es ligeramente punzante. Ligera de cuerpo. Sabor a plátano, notas de miel. Algo cansina.

On tap at the brewery. Nice medium cloudy orange body with a bit of foam. Soft sweet dough on the nose but nothing else. Flavour is carbonated dough with sweet notes. Medium finish, full enough. Adequate but boring, no complaints but no accolades either.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit harsh with some nuts and earthy notes. Taste is malty with some flowers along with spices and some smokey notes. It is strange, not something close to German Hefe, but not bad.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy orangey yellow with white head. Aroma of citrus and wheat with subtle banana. Flavour starts with a bit of citrus and spice, then mild banana and finishes very grainy like chewing on dry grains. Finish needs some work.

Muddy light tan. Fresh bananaweizen nose. Sweet front like the syrup from canned pears. Wheaty, with a touch of tartness, and a little more banana. Balanced and drinkable, maybe a touch sweet but a solid hefe.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond color with small creamy head. Aroma of yeast, spices, light banana, some smell of stale water. Wheat and spices flavor, strong, with underlying fruitiness, banana, but disturbed by too much bitterness, resulting in a harsh final.
Confused; they don’t seem to have nailed the Wheat beers yet.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of bananas and clove. Flavour brings out lots of citrus and clove upfront, followed by banana and a dry astringency on the finish. Well-rounded and balanced. Great stuff.
