Hazy, light amber. Big head. Voluptuous yeasty nose, brett, apple and berry esters, nice biscuity malt. Maybe a bit of mineral, biscuit malt, touch sweet, really nice tree fruit esters.

On tap at Olympia pub. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is lemon zest spice banana bread clove. Taste is more of the lemon zest some spice belg yeast and a nice clove end.

On tap at Three Magnets, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, floral notes and light hops. Flavour is very well-constructed, with farmhouse yeast and floral hops fighting for equal attention. Very well-balanced and cohesive. Very good.

Draft - Funky feet and tropical fruit, clear gold with a decent white head. Bright yeasty, funky citrus and a nice fruity bitterness. Nicely done.
