From City Brew Tours, canned May 19th 2023.
It pours a not quite clear deep gold with a finger of foam, lacing is okay.
It smells of grapefruit citrus, pine, cracker and some caramel malt. Almost balanced.
The taste is pine, grapefruit, cracker malt, not so much caramel as it does have some sweetness to it, I can't say that it is caramel. Like the smell, the hops don't overpower the malt by THAT much and I'm pleased aboot that.
Smooth mouthfeel, it is a joy to drink.

Bottle. Poured clear gold with white head. Light to medium hop aroma. Fine taste hop and malt in good balance. This is a beer that tastes better than it smells. Crisp hop finish.

Taster at Loyal Legion. Hazy golden with skin of head. Aroma is light hoppy notes that grows stronger in the taste. Citrus Pell, lightly. Still a NEIPA at it's core , 4/15/18 Taster at brewpub. This si not the beer I got at Loyal Legion. Not a NEIPA, medium amber with small tight head. English IPA through and through. Malt forward, dry, tannic. Still kind of subdued. Knocked down a point as I’m finding all of their beers are a bit lacking.

On tap at old town pub Portland. Pours out copper topped with a white head. Nose is big citrus hops tropical fruit and some cereal malts. Taste is more of the heavy hops and rich malts

On tap at Old Town, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is bland, with light floral hops - not much else. Flavour is pleasant enough, with notes of floral and piney hops. Very restrained with no ambition, but clean and drinkable. Okay.

Draft - Light citrus and pale malts. Clear gold with a rich white head. Earthy hoppy bitterness and pale malts. Nothing interesting or worth while.
