On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out roasted malt, some diacetyl, and piney hops. Flavour is unbalanced and off a bit, with roasted malt, diacetyl, and piney hops. Some major off notes here prevent this from being what it is. Decent, but the off-notes mess this up.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draft - Coffee, butterscotch and toasted malts. Clear, dark mahogany with a decent white head. Sweet, coffee, bitter and toast and more sweetness. Finish has a bit of hoppy notes. Not sure at all what is and was planned.
