Bottle from Mead Market, Portland, as Nectar Creek Hop Cone
Pale yellow color, cloudy. Mild aroma of fruit and artificial vanilla. Thin, lightly citrusy, no mead flavor, and a nasty flavor of artificial vanilla, marshmallow.
I had good expectations on this, but actually it’s a nasty mess and I’m angry I wasted money on it.

Bottle - Sweet honeysuckle and cucumber. Clear pale yellow. Tons vanilla and marzipan. Sweet, candy like and quite pleasant.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry honey, light spiciness, and biscuity notes. Flavour is quite pleasant, with floral notes, not-very-sweet honey, and dry biscuity notes. Smooth, balanced and drinkable, though a tad artificial. A very decent session mead.
