Draft pour at Populuxe. A semi cloudy golden yellow pour with almost no head. Banana, floral heavy aroma. Flavor is a mix of banana, Belgian. Yeast, and a touch of cleaner. Slight harsh flavor, but the flavor up front is good. Just hate the lingering finish on this. A couple tweaks away.

Lots of yeast. Cloudy orange color. Saisin, maybe duppnt yeast. Some grass, earth, and a little malt sweetnes. Glavor oddly starts dry and becomes sweeter with a sweet aftertaste.

Draft - Grass, lemon, peppery and some funk. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Funky, fruity and sweet. Some bitterness to balance would have gone a long way.

On tap at Populuxe, pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and crackery notes. Flavour brings out loads of Belgian yeast, crackery notes, and slight floral notes. Loads of depth and highly drinkable. Great stuff.
