She may be as aromatic as rhubarb pie, but her namesake is the merciless Rosa Rugosa, an invasive plant that threatens many coastal regions. Proceeds from our Canadian Invasion Series support efforts to combat invasive species in sensitive ecological areas.

Poured from the tap. Clear pinkish orange. Nice rhubarb and apple with some mild floral notes. Nice complexity.

Has glorious rose wine body, no foam. Smells of soft sweet potpourri, barn funk, satin sofa at your grandmother's. Flavour is earthy sweet fruit, vine notes, plenty of sugar. Warming alcohol effect. Very fine, highly unique.

Ros� hue. Petillant. Apple nose with a touch of rhubarb, soft apple with mellow tannins, nice balance and subtle complexity.

Tasting at Matt’s
Golden color with light orangey hue. Light rose flowers aroma; the moderate sweetness and the light corky flavor adds a nice dimension to this cider.
Quite good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite complex, with rhubarb, some slight apple, and medium sweetness. Flavour is very complex, with lots of apples, rhubarb, candied sugar, and light alcohol. Damn, this is complex. It's got a sort of champagne-like complexity to it. Fantastic stuff.

Bottle - Sweet Apple and Berry with a touch of spice. Clear orange with no head. Apple, burnt orange, light spice and nice. Enjoyable.
