Cask - Grassy, Mandarin and lemongrass. Hazy light yellow gold with no head. Intense lemongrass, Mandarin, grapefruit and zest. Slight herbal notes in the nose and taste. Lots of kick but Mandarin represented well.

Cask at the brewery
Cloudy golden color. The aroma is very zesty. The mouthfeel is quite dry, and the mild yeast presence doesn’t help, instead creates some astringency. Citrusy final.
Good beer, less bright than the usual White IPA.

On cask at Powell Street, pours a cloudy pale blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, light citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very citrusy and Belgian yeasty, with loads of citrus upfront, oranges, balanced by a nice Belgian yeast quality. Very citrusy but not overbearing. Good stuff.
