On tap at the brewery. This beer has brett unintentionally in it. Haha Luke was on it, but too nice. Pours a brown almost black color with a medium white head. A big fruity, ash, roast, vanilla nose. Wonderful flavor of heavy roast, sour berries, vanilla, oaky tannins, sweet base, but not too sugary. The brett is small, but is quite nice.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Big Wood 2014, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out subtle brett, light roast and light tartness. Flavour brings out lots of roast, along with substantial brett notes that aren't too dominant. Never had a brett imperial stout as cohesive as this. Great stuff.

Draft - Soured malts and some berry. Deep jet brown black. Apple sweet, light tartness and malts. Odd, apply and different.

Tap at the brewery, 09/11/14. Light black with thin tan edgeing. Nose is tangy dark fruit rinds, woody, hint of fruit balsam, light roast, touch of fruit balsamage. Taste comprises more dark fruit, subtle bourbon tunes, dates, woody must, lactic tang, touch of spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent, plenty going on, could just as easily be a dark sour stylistically.
