Bottle - Grassy and herbal honey. Clear light gold. Sweet honey and light fruit and melon. Sweet and light, very light on the currant.

2013 vintage. Bottle, courtesy fiulijn (thanks Alex), pours a clear pale blonde with no head. Nose brings out honey, fruitiness from the currant, and fairly high sweetness. Flavour is complex, with lots of honey, currant fruitiness, and loads of residual sweetness. Cloyingly sweet. It's a nice sipper in small quantities, but becomes too much after a while. Good.

Measured Final Gravity: 1032
Pale color with a light pink hue. Nice aroma, a bit fruity and tart, light talc. Quite sweet, with a very light tartness, light fruity touch, and a strong honey component.
Very good.
