Draft - Light banana and fruity esters with some caramel. Clear copper with a decent white head. Light caramel, grains and fruity esters. A bit everywhere, but decent and complex.

Dark amber, bright, not a lot of head, light fruitiness on the nose, sweetish, restrained fruitiness, has a good sweet and slightly toasty malt balance.

Hazy dark amber color with creamy head. It takes time to get some aroma; finally it develops a delicate malt and yeast combination, with hints of paper and medium chocolate, biscuits, nuts and breakfast cereals; it literally goes from 5 to 7. The mouthfeel is smooth, also rather dry; the mild caramel flavor has a dusty impression, and at some point there is even a light trace of hazelnuts; as promised the esters are very low; correct bitterness; the structure of the final is weaker.
Clean, balanced, but not very expressive; I’m not used to the paper/dust presence.

473mL growler, pours a clear copper / amber with a small beige head. Nose brings out Belgian yeast, light fruitiness, and some floral qualities. Flavour brings out a mix of all the elements that harmonize together very well, leaving a floral, Belgian-esque finish. Solid stuff, but nothing very interesting.
