330ml bottle [as Tongerlo Nox]. Clear, dark ruby-brown colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Yeasty fruity and mellow, dark malty aroma, hints of cherry, red berries, a touch of plum and chocolate. Taste is slightly dry, grassy hoppy and yeasty fruity, mellow dark malty basis, hints of cherry, plum, red berries, diluted hints of chocolate, yeasty spicy overtones. Slightly watery texture, fine but efficacious carbonation.

Fles gedeelt met LiekevdV. Het is een licht bruin bier. Het heeft een moutige wat ijzer achtige geur. De smaak is alcohol achtig en wat caramel achtig met tonen van koffie.

Shared bottle at home. Pours reddish copper with dense light beige head. Aroma of caramel, dark dried fruits, notes of chocolate. Tastes slightly sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied, some alcoholic warmth.

33cl bottle pours a clear amber with lots of frothy, sticky, off white head. Nose has malt, marzipan, nougat, cherry candies. Flavor is all malt and marzipan, nougat, caramel chews. Finishes a touch hot. Whole thing is weird.

Tap at birreria rana. Deep cola brown to reddish color, clear, thick creamy beige head, lasting, lacing. Aroma fruity with caramel and berries, cookies on the malts side with citrusy hops, light yeast, starch. Fruity taste, mild sugary, easy to drink nice clean juicy finish.
