Decent dubbel. Some light smoke and a little floral vibw. Pours brown with good head and lacing. Light sweetness. Tap at Nisha.

On tap at Nisha Craft, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, lightly tart red fruits and some bready toffee. Flavour is along the same lines, with banana, red fruits, Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Nice use of the Belgian yeast. By no means an upper tier dubbel, but it's competently done.

Flaska aom statt ett drygt år. Mahögnyfärgad, relativt klar med lågt krämigt skum. Söt doft av mörkt och karamelliserat socker, mörkt sött bröd och torkad frukt. Relativt lätt, söt smakbild men ganska balanserad trots allt, brödig smak. Ok men ganska platt och endimensionell.

F: big, pale brown, average retention. C: dark, dark red tones against the light, clear. A: malty, fruity, cherries, plums, hint of chocolate, candy sugar, raisins. T: malt, dark fruity notes, hint of chocolate, candy sugar, grassy bitterness, toast, medium body, normal carbonation, hint of yeast, nothing special but good balanced and tasty abbey dubbel, 0,33l bottle from Colruyt in Brussels.
