Tasting at SF, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Perfumy, mildly sour, a bit funky, white wine, hints of vanilla, orange peel, and luckily no Tripel character.
Good.

Hazy, light tan. No head. There's some brett, a little bit of yeastiness. There's some fruity notes, which I guess is the wine. It foamed up quite a bit, but goes brett and some grapey notes. Finishes with a little bit of woody dryness. Decent.

2016-12-12. A bottle on Black Christmas 2016 at 12 Kings. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, bready. Taste is pretty the same. Meh.

2017-10-19. Woody and funky. Definitely better than a year ago.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fruity esters, earthy notes and bone dry Belgian yeast. Flavour is estery, with light candied sugar, earthy notes and some Belgian yeast. Quite estery, with a dry lightly woody finish. Solid.

Draft - Soured orange, grass and some farmhouse funk. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Funky soured orange and lemon with a lightly tart dry finish. Well done.
