0,5 l bottle with a front label in craft beer style. Clear and dark brown in the glass, nearly two finger beige head. Malty with some sourness on the nose. Taste starts malty, some sweetness, bready. More toasted to the finish. Nice decent bavarian Schwarzbier.

On tap at the brewpub. Klare dunkel orange braune Farbe, große leicht beige schaumkrone. Geruch gering röstmalzig, erdig. Geschmack süß Röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig, mild hopfig.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

Decent Schwarzbier. So it’s malty and caramely, with some very mild bitterness.

Draught at BBF2013. Clean drown with a thin head. Aroma is smoked wood. Flavour is malt, wood and a light bitter finish. Not a schwarz beer, but not bad.

Bottle shared with Deanso at In De Wildeman. Pours clear brown with a medium off white head. Aroma is light roasted malt and caramel. Flavour light roasted malt, caramel and bread. Thin and watery but not bad.

50 cl bottle @ Tuulensuu, BBE 30/08(/11)?
Aroma has some stalish roastiness and a bit of metal too. Palate is dryish. Taste has a bit of roastiness, metal and nuts. An ok schwarz, but nothing more.

Dark amber color, small white head. Grassy, woody malty aroma. Medium-bodied, Caramelly. grassy, nutty, a bit buttery-unclean. More Dunkel than Schwarzbier.

50 cl bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Brown (rather than black) colored, with a beige head. Very (dark) malty/grainy aroma, nutty and somewhat roasted. Flavor is lightly malty sweet. More body than you’d expect from 5%. Light bitter finish. Nice, clean-tasting malty beer, but you can hardly call this a Schwarz.
