Hopfig muffig-malziger Antrunk, eigen und nicht sehr passend. Mild dunkelmalzig im Mittelteil sowie Abgang. Eigentlich ganz nett aber das Bier wirkt etwas unausgereift. Test vom 11.10.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: -,8,8,7,-,8 - 7,82

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear warm orangey brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with distinct hard roasted malt accents - almost burned. Very bitter finish - probably from both hops and malt. Almost a German Stout! 050608

Bottle: Deep amber coloured, a bit unclear, visible carbonation, though, very persistent creamy beige head; fruity traces (diacetyl?) in the sweet-caramelly and slightly roast-malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; becomes a bit drier towards the caramelly and roasted-malty finish, bitterness becomes more distinctive in the aftertaste. Besides the aroma a well quaffable beer...............
