Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with an enormous fluffy white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was yeasty, phenolic, grainy and a bit citric. The flavor was grainy and wheaty with a phenolic note and moderate astringency. Long astringent finish. Medium body.

Bottle from the brewery. Clear medium amber under a one finger persisting white head. Nose is Wheat, banana. light spice and some floral notes. Light sweet honey with some fruity tartness and just a kiss of cloves. Mouth is medium- and slick with active carbonation. 7/4/7-/3+/13

Draft - Wheat notes, light banana, citrus and spice. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Wheat and light banana notes with some citrus bitterness. Easy drinking and refreshing.

This wheat poured a cloudy light amber colour with a quick living head. Scents include cloves, citrus, spice and bubblegum. First swig was a little thin with flavours of orange citrus, bubblegum and spices. Finish is flavoured with bubblegum, cloves and light yeast flavour.

Really nice wheat. Everything comes together well here. Not sure if it’s a weizen bock but it nearly tastes that good. Some coriander and clove. Probably the best beer I’ve had from them so far. Pours grapefruit orange with great head and lacing. Tangy and sweet malt finish that is reminiscent of Aventinus. On tap at C’est What Craft Beer Festival.
