Our Hop Ottin’ IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade. This beer is a showcase of the bright citrusy aromas, bold grapefruit and pine-like flavors, and resiny bitterness that hop heads crave. With a brilliant, deep amber color and solid malt backbone, hints of citron, roses, and bergamot peak with a dry, herbal finish in this well-balanced interpretation of a West Coast IPA.

Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Hoppy aroma dominated by grapefruit with a touch of pine. Also some elegant biscuit-y malt notes. Dry malty flavour with biscuit and toffee. Plenty of grapefruit and pine and a good, lasting hop bitterness

Flaske delt med medbrygger Bråtveit da vi brygget Hulderøl i des-09, fritt etter hukommelsen: en av mange gode øl denne dagen, må prøves igjen. Husker den som en balansert humlebombe.

355ml bottle. Clear dark orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity caramel malty aroma has notes of grapefruit and peach, a bitter hop note. Crisp, fresh taste, well balanced caramel malt basis and bitter hop overtones. Solid quality Californian IPA.

12 oz. bottle. Pours dark orange with a small, tan head. The aroma is caramel and pine and earthy hops. The flavor is strong bitterness, with a little malty backbone. The palate is watery, sticky and astringent. Overall, this is a fair IPA, but lacks subtlety and balance.

Copper colour. Fresh ’green’ hoppy aroma. The initially sweet flavour is replaced by quite strong bitter hops that have a floral edge to them.
