Our Hop Ottin’ IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade. This beer is a showcase of the bright citrusy aromas, bold grapefruit and pine-like flavors, and resiny bitterness that hop heads crave. With a brilliant, deep amber color and solid malt backbone, hints of citron, roses, and bergamot peak with a dry, herbal finish in this well-balanced interpretation of a West Coast IPA.

Bottle. Light hazy and amber colour with a white head. Medium grape aroma. Smooth and well blended taste, flavour of medium sweet malt and medium grape/citrus. A fine easy drinkable IPA.

Bottle, 7%. Weak caramelly and piney hop aroma. Cloudy grey copper colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is mildly caramelly with a good clean bitterness. Not as sweet as many American IPAs. Well-balanced, but should have more flavour considering the 7% ABV.

Slight floral hops leave me a little wanting. Beautiful amber brown with off white head and slight lacing. Flavor is malty with earthy hops. Medium-full mouthfeel follows through with well-balanced bitter finish.

Pours orange with a massive foamy white head. Aroma has notes of fruity hops, caramel malts and toffee. Taste is quite fruity with a nice hoppy and malty body. Finish is a tad sweet and smooth. Could’ve used some more bitterness. Okay, slightly too sweet IPA.

35,5 cl bottle @ home, bottled 07.09.10 (10250)
Rather hoppy aroma with exotic fruits and resin. Flavour is rather refreshing with exotic fruits but it also contains some stale hops with gooseberry bush aroma. Almost too sweet or sticky. Good IPA anyway.
