Our Hop Ottin’ IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade. This beer is a showcase of the bright citrusy aromas, bold grapefruit and pine-like flavors, and resiny bitterness that hop heads crave. With a brilliant, deep amber color and solid malt backbone, hints of citron, roses, and bergamot peak with a dry, herbal finish in this well-balanced interpretation of a West Coast IPA.

Bottle @ home, shared with DutchDrebus. Decent IPA, but not in the top lists. Not enough hops and fruits in the smell. Taste is good but also a little soft. Carbo and body are good though.

12 oz bottle into tulip. Pours a hazy orange with a medium light-beige head that falls in a couple minutes; leaves some nice lace. Piney, floral hops in the nose along with some sweet bready malt reminiscent of cinnamon buns. Taste is bittersweet. There’s a vague metallic offnote here. Highly carbonated and full-bodied. Good, but very average.

Lovely looking bottle. Pretty average score. Not as much to my likings as i’ve hoped.

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Hoppy-dry aroma. Starts yeasty-flowery, mild dryness, a bit washy. Hoppy notes are weeker in the finish, modest sweet notes appear. Aftertaste dry-salty. Not bad!

Bottled 12 fl.oz (BZ)
Clear deep amber color, good beige head. Flowery and bready aroma. Light to medium-bodied, quite refrshing aka watery. Typical IPA/APA pale maltyness and citrusy hoppyness with sweetish bready backbone. Hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste.Quite standard, but well-brewed IPA. Feels more like a 5% APA than 7% IPA.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Shared with Slothez. Clear copper coloured pour with a fairly restrained beige head. Malt heavy aroma with some spice and reinous hop notes. The flavour was sweet malt driven with relatively prominent hop bitterness. Somewhat lacking in any real depth though and the balance seemed a little off. Not bad, but there are much better offerings out there in beerland.

Copper brown beer with medium and beige head. Aroma is toffeeish and fruityness, sweetness, mandarin and some red currants. Taste is strongly bitter, woodyness, some pine needles and toffee. Slippery and pleasant to drink. Brittish style with some Amber Ale nuancees comes into to my mind, not bad, but fruits and freshness should be more.
