Amber ale needs to be changed. Black pour, small beige head. Roasty, fruity aroma with notes of cherry, and fresh brewed coffee. Thin mouth feel, very soft carb. Finish is very low on bitterness, sweet fruity malts, some light grassy hops, and quite a bit of sweet roast.

500ml bottle. Darkest brown colour, dark ruby glimmer, with huge, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Chocolately, dark malty aroma, fruity hoppy overtones, with hints of red and blue berries. Taste is chocolately dark malty, fruity hoppy overtones, notes of blueberry, hints of red berries; bitter and slightly chalky finish, (too) lively, prickling carbonation.

This lager poured a deep black colour with a nice tan, foamy head. Scents include faint vinegar, caramel, roasted malt and cocoa? First swig was nice and roasted with good caramel flavours. Finish was burnt with that great caramel flavour lingering with a little hop bitterness. Very good.

Bottle - Dark fruit, toasted malts and a nice toffee sweetness. Clear dark brown with a nice beige head. Sweet toffee, dark fruit and toast. Very nicely done.
