0.355l bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is yeasty, dried fruity, floral, gummy and dusty. Pours clear golden color with thick creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing fruity, yeasty and slightly vinous, following is sweet malty, phenolic and medicinal, mouthfeel is warm but dry, while finish is heavy herbal bitter. Full body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Wild and free as a blackbird…

Bottled. Pours a cloudy yellow. Way too citrusy and acidic for a saison to me.

Tasty little saison, with bright notes of fresh grass, clove, and vanilla, underlined by a slightly tart note and a yeasty finish. Good beer.

Bottle at home. Aroma is spicy yeast, fruity, bready malt, floral notes, bubblegum, hint of funk. Flavour is moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the fairly dry finish. Body is medium, pretty lively carbonation. Rich and tasty Saison.

Poured from the tap. Clear yellow gold with small white head. Farmhouse sort of with feint esters and citrus, okay.

A golden and slightly hazy beer, a head is small and white. Aroma has generic fruitness and sweetess of fruits, some grain and hint of earthyness. Taste has fruitness of perries, some earthyness and sourness, also light spicyness. Medium bodied. Balanced and nice saison. I like this.

Bottle. Pours clear golden amber, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, field grass, white pepper, coriander, floral notes. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Merlin body. Hits the classic saison notes well.
