Can thanks to Benzai - fuzzy amber brew with big puffy white head. Nice medley of hoppy tropical and citrus fruits in the aroma and taste, prominent grapefruit, some tangerine, lemon, some pine, backed by some nice caramel malts, good bitter finish. Overall a solid IPA. Nice.

Can from Asahiya, 6.1% it pours a gorgeous copper with a thick off white head that is long lasting & leaves spotty lacing in it’s wake. Juicy hops burst forth from the glass and set my mouth awatering. Big bitter earthy pine, woodsy & green (pine fresh?) assaults my tastebuds. An old school IPA not as complex as those these you see these days but it definitely lives up to the style.

An orange beer with a medium and blond head. The nose has peaches, tropical fruits, some pine, quite strong caramel. Taste has mangos and peaches, not so strong bitterness but enough and the taste isn’t sweet even there are some caramel. The end is piney. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Good IPA, even typical. Caramel, fruits and piney hops.

25 cl. can @ home, bought online @ Biernavigatie.nl Hazy amber with an off-white head. can was a gusher even though I didn’t shake it or anything. Aroma of tropical fruits and some malts. Taste is IPA bitter and the mouthfeel is creamy. Most IPA’s are all about the hops but this one also has a solid malt base. Finish is dry.

33cl Can from De Bierkoning. Slightly hazy orang colour, white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruits, resin, oranges, caramel, sweet and hoppy. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, caramel, mostly fruity though, orange, citrus, tropical fruit like mango, resin, nice but mellow bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied, soft but suitable carbonation. Really nice IPA IMHO.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with nice floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic and resinous. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light floral hops, pink grapefruit, light treacle, pleasant.

(Can, Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2014) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, orange peel, resin and caramel. Malty, hoppy taste with grapefruit, resin, orange peel, caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, tasty and solid IPA. Despite the impressive hop presence still in excellent balance. Very nice.

mooi helder oranje/amber met licht gelige/witte kraag. aroma van zoete en frisse hoppigheid, citrus, den, zacht. Smaken zijn redelijk bittertje, redelijk zoet, zacht, caramel, den, citrus, wat gras(nat), floraal en redelijk wat exotisch fruit. laag van co2, medium body, zacht. goed biertje in blik.

Can. Golden, copper color, firm white head. Nice fruity and hoppy aroma. Taste is very balanced. Bit creamy and crispy, with some mango and a malty bitterness. Very good.
